About EN-RG Assessors
EN-RG Assessors Ltd was set up by Mike Wilcox to produce Energy Performance Certificates for Domestic and Commercial Buildings in the Shrewsbury, Telford, Market Drayton, Whitchurch, Chester, Wrexham, Oswestry, Welshpool and surrounding areas.
Our aim is to provide the personal touch with a reliable, efficient and trustworthy service.
Mike says: "During the last 30 years I have renovated several of my own properties and learnt a great deal about building construction and the associated trades. From 1999 to 2007 I have been self employed in the Building Industry, in the property maintenance sector, using my skills to improve the cosmetic interiors of existing properties.
In 2007 I decided to build on my portfolio of qualifications and train as an Energy Assessor for both Domestic and Commercial Properties. I have also been involved with training staff in local authorities and housing associations to qualify as Domestic Energy assessors enabling them to produce Energy Performance Certificates for their portfolio of rental properties.
I also assess practicing Domestic Energy Assessors, for one of the Country's leading accreditation companies, by completing site audits to verify their member's competence in this profession."
